Darrell Covell - CTO, Founder, and Chairman

Mr. Covell serves as the sole stockholder and CTO of Rsignia, Inc.  Mr. Covell's background includes having started several Engineering based companies ranging from project-driven engineering services and integration specializing in rapid development, delivery, and qualification to deployments of complex data and signal processing systems and sub-systems.  His expertise spans the range of sensor data applications, from acoustics to SDQ, techniques for sonar, radar, sigint, elint, communications, image feature extraction, and specifically in string search and packet capture forensics, developed by Rsignia today.  He hold a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering CIT, and has various certifications.

Mike Wannemacher - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wannemacher has held various leadership positions within the technical industry since the 1980's as well as being a successful entrepreneur.  Over the past four years, he has implemented several successful key business strategies, has developed new business opportunities, and has provided productive insight and guiding principles in all aspects of management, sales and the overall corporate direction.  Mike has a history of brining new revenue streams and new partnerships to the company to allow for profitability, growth, and continued development of Rsignia's own IP.

John Fraize - Chief Scientist

Mr. Fraize has 30 plus years R&D experience, including 12 years as electronics hardware engineer and 20 years as software engineer.  Mr. Fraize founded Isaac Research, Inc. prior to joining Rsignia.  He is a respected R&D engineer for key computer networking teams, which include Hewlett Packard, Digital Equipment, AT&T, and Apollo Networks.
